I was that getting into a big mess usually kid back then, broke my head several times the most than the rest of my body parts, had surgeries for my eyes, mouth, jaws and what not. Still alive and going. I don’t have a story to say (yet), so save this space for one day it will be filled with something mind-blowing hopefully. Till then, lamest post ever!

I Remember
When I think of memories, there is nothing but a vague cloud in my mind. Yes, I chose to be freestyle as most of the time, but having to sit and type about the first (or most significant) memory which comes to my mind is probably a tough job for me. Unless when I have to focus for a task which is not much of an issue, but the question presented here itself has no objective answer or opinion which I can come up with.
I’m one of those persons who is comes under the category of not having much of a great childhood or an interesting times (well, not always 😉 ). Not complaining, far beyond that point, but it’s funny to think that most people I have a conversation with are usually of the though “I miss my childhood/school/college”, considering I’m still a youth in my early 20s.
That doesn’t mean I don’t cherish memories. But is it wrong to not think or miss any of them? I’m happy that some things happened, and not for several others, but there is hardly any which I feel of the sort that “I wish I could live that forever!”. Well yes there are a few, for example, the time I saw one of my most favourite bands around this time last year, Poets of the Fall which I detailed a in a post here. And I’m yet to see my most favourite band of all time, Linkin Park for whom I’m waiting for almost a decade now and even done various good things in my life thanks to them. Perhaps that will be another such moment, but in the end it will just be a memory which I perhaps won’t keep thinking of after a certain time, perhaps less than others.
No it’s not a “I don’t give a *insert appropriate swear word you like*” attitude, but more of a general apathy which is instilled in my self. Well perhaps I’m still waiting for that one big life changing moment which will be immortalized forever? Till then I shall continue to enjoy (or regret) things as they come and move on. And you can continue to enjoy the crap I post whatever I document here. 😀

A recipe of disaster with a pinch of me
Okay, something like that. I’m not feeling much creative now (nor do I cook per say) to cook up a recipe of myself so this is the best I can come up with:
MAIN DISH:
3 c. extroversion
6 oz. organic wit (non-homogenized)
4 heaping tbsp. unforeseeableness
5 Linkin Park records, finely chopped
2 nights insomias
Dozen love for drama and thrills
3 fl. oz. analysis addiction
2 dashes Batman & others
Pinch of video games over-analysis
Olive oil to taste
TO GARNISH:
10 crooked fingers
2 wandering eyes
2 bushes wavy-curly hair behind and in-front (of the head that is)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients on a bed with an Alienware boiling down. Do not add anything sweet. Stir until just combined. Let ferment for some weeks, until appropriately funky.
Serve with a grain of salt. May weep if exposed to too much heat.
Yo, Dear Sir!
Choosing salutation phrases, or closing ones for that matter, can be tricky with changing times. While the latter is relatively simpler which just requires bit understanding in knowing the differences, the former can raise several questions to the mind. Is it alright? Does it sound respectable or not? Too formal/informal than required?
Moreover, today social media and other forms of instant communication getting over e-mails, which in turn took over ‘real’ letters, it adds more to the tension. While adding “Dear…” is usually the first and safest strategy, it might always be the best one or even required. In my case, I know the world is too complicated for a single strategy. It depends who I’m writing to.
The Best Medicine
The best medicine is Laughter as we all know. Unless you fell down ten stories and broken something, then you really need help.
F̶a̶c̶e̶b̶o̶o̶k̶ Internet: to Poke or to Puke?
Today, what good or harm facebook does (and by extension the Internet) is a rather popular topic apart from themselves.
Like most things in the world, there are many sides to everything and not all are black and white. Here are two articles rather stories which provoke some a lot of thoughts and give quite some insight.

Love in the 21st Century
Is love in the 21st century something different than what it was in the 20th, or before that? Will it change as we move forward with time?
It’s only our perception of it which is constantly updated, changed or challenged. It might be difficult to explain, or it is actually fairly simply which is over-thought and overdone. If I have to put it:
love /ləv/
Noun
An intense feeling of deep affection: “their love for their country”.
Verb
Feel a deep romantic or sexual attachment to (someone): “do you love me?”.
Synonyms
noun. affection – fondness – darling – passion
verb. like – be fond of – fancy – adore

Rains and Reliance with Pizza and Superman
It was just another day, just this one however was awaited because of The Reliance Digital Experience thanks to IndiBlogger at Infiniti Mall, Malad. Since it being a relatively new one and moreover not much visited by yours truly, I looked forward to spending some nice time. Just the bloody headache was the rains (which is being dubbed as #MumbaiRains everywhere). This place is one of the highest rainfall regions in the world and I think as if the spirit of the city itself takes some pride in it and makes traveling/living miserable at this time of the year (well when it isn’t?) and it’s not even July yet!
Anyways I left the house, got a print out of the e-mail (wasn’t sure why since at this age most of us carry it in our pockets with us, but still followed as per instructions regardless) and through a auto-rickshaw headed to above mentioned place and searched for the Reliance Digital outlet, after a bit confusion as this was on the second floor directly above two other Reliance Trends which were clothing outlets which looked stacked one above the other. It was quite interesting as I meet some other bloggers who were leaving when I was en route and met some more whom had planned to meet up in the morning which I overslept. But in any case I was there, the store manager had finished briefing them while I was greeted by another co-coordinator who added my e-mail invitation print-out to the stack in his hand (people are not so lazy on Saturdays after-all) and then came the apparently awkward moment, when he asked my name. I didn’t respond and just told him I’ll save him the trouble and searched it myself on the list, and he had his share of giggling after he checked my name – The Nameless One. Yeah, that’s my name. While I’m used to it, but still such lists can actually have real names and aliases together. But guess IndiBlogger likes to troll people like me. Oh well.
Some of the IndiBuddies with the nameless one.
Since I visit such electronic stores quite often and being a technology enthusiast, I didn’t actually need a tour (nor did I want one) and I fended off on my own. The place had a fresh new ambiance in it, and as I wandered around the store looking and taking photographs of course (which was apparently not allowed) many employees who were not engaged with some other customer offered their assistance (which I politely declined, of course I’m a nice guy!). Also their uniforms were a light blue, which was pleasant for the eyes. Actually that wasn’t a co-incidence, blue is one of the most pleasant colours for the human eye so in order to keep yours glued to something that’s why many products, even websites mostly facebook, twitter among others are in blue. There were different sections for each type of products and employees who were present to explain and guide customers who were interested in buying or looking for something in particular.

The place was spacious to move about and see things at a glance. After checking out various cameras, laptops, sound systems and TVs I went to the sections comprising of video games, movies and music. There were set ups of audio systems and gaming consoles which interested (and potential) customers could try out for themselves. Towards the end of the store, there was full dedicated section to books along with other home appliances like refrigerators etc.

In the end, conclusion is that this seems a great place to get your shopping done from. They just need to bring in more to their inventory, along with some great offers and deals. The thing is there are many such places out there, I need to be convinced that I need to get my stuff from here and not elsewhere, especially in a world today where many of it is done online. And not to forget, met Nihal and the one and only BlogwatiG there who had apparently finished doing some detective-giri there. I met her innocent(?) daughter too who seem to be afraid looking at me (am I so horrible?)
So after all was done, finished taking mental notes and photographs, left the place for the rest of the day. It was raining as you might have suspected, but at least not so much.
