Not only this is the first time I’ve won in an worldwide contest, also this arrived within some weeks which was really quick! Not what I was quite expecting. π

Happy Sixth Birthday Geralt!
Geralt of Rivia,Β from my most favorite video games, is now six years old! It all began back in 2007 with the epic known as The Witcher. Happy sixth birthday Geralt!
Here is a nice infographic on the franchise so far by CDP. Just can’t wait for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The Excitement Never Ends
Not exactly butterflies-in-the-stomach, but well this post here is what made me jump and hit the ceiling floor.
On the Edge
Today is world photography day and apart from photography, my main gig is gaming so there’s that. Here’s a pic I took some time earlier of me playing The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, my most favourite game of all time. Well, that is till The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases. π
A whirlwind of rage and steel
This is some of which came into my mind first. Actually I thought of it last night too, I was thinking of changing my twitter handle which I did after almost four and a half years of joining for the first time. I wanted something short and compact, but also to make some sense, even if it’s just me. And this is what came to my head
So folks, I’m now @aworas on twitter!
Well for the inspiration behind it, just check out this post.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Killing Monsters Cinematic Trailer
Video
This is what I have been waiting for since months! The CGI trailer for the most ambitious and soon to be the best story/game one would ever witness, is upon us!
CD Projekt RED is proud to present The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt “Killing Monsters” cinematic trailer to the public for the first time, offering a thrilling glimpse into the morally ambiguous universe of Geralt of Rivia.
“Killing Monsters” portrays the cruel and gritty world of The Witcher and foreshadows the mature mood of the upcoming story-driven RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2014.
βActions speak louder than words. We wanted this short movie to communicate that Geralt, despite being seen as a sellsword by many, has his own code of conduct and operates outside of the dirty morality of the world he lives in,β said Adam Badowski, head of CD Projekt RED.
βKilling Monsters was a great opportunity to show the ambiance of No Manβs Land – one of the vast areas in the game that the players will visit during their adventure. The overwhelming feeling of despair can be quite shocking, especially when you consider who the real monster is,β Badowski added.

The Making of The Beginning
What a better way to show something other than the usual, the most bad-ass developer diary every made. π The making of that video just uploaded and released few minutes ago since I typed this so here you go!
Here is the dev diary which I shared earlier:
Dragonborn
Vampires or Werewolves, never been so fascinating as Dragons for me. In my imagination always wanted to be a Dragon. There are some cool such individuals in The Witcher universe though I wouldn’t want to spoil anything in case you decide to check it out (which you totally should) π
Though this track is from a different game, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which serves like one of my life tracks. π
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Debut Trailer
I can’t tell you how happy I am right now. The debut (gameplay) trailer for my most anticipated game of all time – The Witcher 3: WIld Hunt just debuted a while ago at the first conference held by Microsoft at E3. Nothing else to say, everything else for later now just getting pumped! This is the best game of E3 2013 and probably next year and the best game of 2014 already!
Competition
What activity, task, or game most brings out yourΒ competitiveΒ streak?
I’m not much of a competition hungry person. I just like doing what I like with a varying degree amount of passion. I like love playing video games, though I’m more of a story and experience person than the again typical competitive multiplayer ones.
My most favourite game till date is The Witcher 2: Assassin’s of Kings, you can read my review of it from last year.
As I said I’m not the type into competitive or spectator sports or such activities, but when it comes to it I’m more of like:
