Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)

What is the best dream you’ve ever had? Recount it for us in all its ethereal glory. If no dream stands out in your memory, recount your worst nightmare. Leave no frightening detail out.

Let me say it in all it’s glory: I have had dreamless sleep almost my entire life. Okay that doesn’t exactly count when I was a kid, since cane barely argue for that just like in most other cases, though don’t remember ever waking up (or otherwise…) because of one.

Instead, here is a nice quote by the missile man (former president) of India:

“The dream is not that you see in sleep, dream is which doesn’t let you sleep.”
– Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

Also in other news, it’s my birthday today. Still dreaming. 😉

Skeleton Spoon

You might know what a skeleton key is, but ever heard of a skeleton spoon?

I have this spoon which has the skeleton texture as if made from bones (it’s of steel though, before you jump). I can’t pinpoint to which year, but as far as I remember I’ve been using it to eat about half my relatively brief life so far, be it at home or travels. Except today of course. Since today is my birthday. And there is no food in the house. *sigh* Well, it makes for an interesting object linking to me.

I also have skeleton footwear for that matter. Just realized I’m all about the bone(r)s.

Walking on the Moon

What giant step did you take where you hoped your leg wouldn’t break? Was it worth it, were you successful in walking on the moon, or did your leg break?

I don’t remember any one in particular, but I have done it quite some times with different possible outcomes. I like to believe I’m a risk taker, or at least down that path.

Though I have broken body parts quite literally (and not just metaphorically) in some such endeavours. 😛

Nothin’ But A Good Time

Imagine that tomorrow, all of your duties and obligations evaporate for the day. You get the day all to yourself, to do anything you please. What types of fun activities would make your day?

Go out, meet people, eat at new places, keep roaming like a vagabond.

“What do you do for a living?”
“I read. I travel. I love. I laugh.”
“No. How do you earn your bread?”
“Oh I work. But that’s not living.”

🙂
