Twerking is a word now?

First of all I never knew the existence of this word twerking until this event, and the prompt otherwise I didn’t even writing a word about it unlike almost the entire internet. And adding to the pathetic list of things, it’s even added to the oxford dictionary (online) now, I mean seriously? (the very fact they give such silly words an authentic status makes me sick)

And I don’t understand why every fucking site/person has to talk about this. Well actually I do, just don’t want to be left out right? *facepalm* This is not some big controversy or breaking news worthy, just a bunch of stupid teens doing what they want. If you don’t like it, just don’t see it. The idiocy that such silly things are blown out of proportion, outraged, and in the end pretend to not give a shit about it (unless you’re from some of those mostly usually parent groups or so, who make headlines/bucks out of it)

Why am I writing this again? Oh yes thank you wordpress.

Super Sense

If you were forced to give up one sense, but gain super-sensitivity in another, which senses would you choose?

There was a similar prompt before, but well if I’ll have to loose one it’s a pretty easy choice, taste. Well yes, won’t be able to enjoy any delicacy ever again, but well, at least crappy food won’t bother anymore. 😛

As for the super sense(s), I don’t know, preferably super eye sight, or equal increase in both seeing and hearing. That shit will  be helluva useful.

Bookery Books

Grab the nearest book. Open it and go to the tenth word. Do a Google Image Search of the word. Write about what the image brings to mind.

DON’T DO THIS! STAHP! DON’T DO THIS!

Okay, that was because, seriously, the nearest book to me is in fact a blank notebook which I just got today earlier, blank in the sense totally blank, not even ruled! This must be some kind of joke which the force is pulling on me right?

Well, here is a picture I shared much earlier, of just an amount of books I have which I can see just above/in front of me when I sit at my work station.

Snark Bombs, Away!

Try your hand at parody or satire — take an article, film, blog post, or song you find misguided, and use humor to show us how.

Oh this list might probably not end. So much that it that has hindered my ability to even think or do anything at times. Well here is something which I clicked/already shared much earlier, still cracks me up a bit.

Toy Story

What was your favorite plaything as a child? Do you see any connection between your life now, and your favorite childhood toy?

A rock. Yes. Or a stone. Well whatever you like to call it, though there IS a difference between them, there aren’t multiple words in a English for nothing you know. Or Geology in this case. Whatever. In this case, for simplicity’s sake, pebble.

Anyways coming to the point, I used to collect them (a lot) when I was a kid, of different shapes, sizes and colours. I painted this one just like that reading one of those many books for children on art and craft which I always loved doing. Although technically I never played with it, even after over 15 years or so it lies in my drawer with me, among my other creations and things. Perhaps a symbolism that till date, I’m stone-hard and weird.

Steam turns 10 today.

ImageThe biggest PC gaming market/community Steam turns 10 today! Happy 10th birthday!

545385_10151295685020152_851291278_nFrom a piece of crappy software to a complete game changer, it has made people stop pirating, gives great (perhaps some of the best) deals and very ease of playing your games and keeping them updated without doing much, this is the best thing to happen for PC gaming, and well gaming itself.

Thanks for making our lives easier Steam. 😀

Or not

If you’re a PC gamer who uses it (which is most probably the case), you can add me here. Be sure to say hi!

Thank You

The internet is full of rants. Help tip the balance: today, simply be thankful for something (or someone).

It’s funny, since in the past few weeks including last night alone, I spoke to some people regarding the same, on how people are immediately vocal to criticize or whine on anything and everything, but seldom do people show appreciation genuinely. With the rise of technology, internet, and general connectivity with bombardment of information, this is on a rise.

I find it funny, we have critiques and complaint centers but no such appreciation center. Well, you can say there is feedback which covers both, but well, we all know the true case.

It would be wrong of me if I have to choose one (nor I can think of at the moment anyways :P) since there are many things/people(?) I’m thankful for. (And don’t need a thanksgiving day or so for remembering either, speaking of which, is it only me who thinks that the amount of things we have ‘days’ and occasions for nothing is too dam high?)
