Weekly Photo Challenge: Threes

A little late for this one. A weekend getaway from the busy city, in a seemingly lost place which is surprisingly in Mumbai itself! I love this city of mine, so many hidden treasures here. 🙂

Somewhere on the hill overlooking the beach, with bit work, took this via my phone placing it carefully on a rock with the help of other rocks. Only three of us were out there so nature (and of course tech) was our help.

Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)

What is the best dream you’ve ever had? Recount it for us in all its ethereal glory. If no dream stands out in your memory, recount your worst nightmare. Leave no frightening detail out.

Let me say it in all it’s glory: I have had dreamless sleep almost my entire life. Okay that doesn’t exactly count when I was a kid, since cane barely argue for that just like in most other cases, though don’t remember ever waking up (or otherwise…) because of one.

Instead, here is a nice quote by the missile man (former president) of India:

“The dream is not that you see in sleep, dream is which doesn’t let you sleep.”
– Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

Also in other news, it’s my birthday today. Still dreaming. 😉

Skeleton Spoon

You might know what a skeleton key is, but ever heard of a skeleton spoon?

I have this spoon which has the skeleton texture as if made from bones (it’s of steel though, before you jump). I can’t pinpoint to which year, but as far as I remember I’ve been using it to eat about half my relatively brief life so far, be it at home or travels. Except today of course. Since today is my birthday. And there is no food in the house. *sigh* Well, it makes for an interesting object linking to me.

I also have skeleton footwear for that matter. Just realized I’m all about the bone(r)s.
