West End Girls

Every city and town contains people of different classes: rich, poor, and somewhere in between. What’s it like where you live? If it’s difficult for you to discern and describe the different types of classes in your locale, describe what it was like where you grew up — was it swimming pools and movie stars, industrial and working class, somewhere in between or something completely different?

Mumbai Bombay is my beloved city where I currently live in. I was born here, grew up here (no I’m not going to pull the “will probably die here” thing)

This city has a very unique mix of varied flavours. Funnily, just talking about where I reside (northern part in the suburbs at the peace and quiet, at times) just here there are people of all classes from the rich to the poor and those in the middle. There is greenery and buildings all around (Mumbai is the largest city in the world with a forest in it!) and this is just where I stay here. From greenery to the sea, crowed (and stinking) places to lush beauty, from amazing architecture to not-so-pleasant sights, here people are more patriotic to the city than the country. 🙂

I should start clicking (much!) more photos now with my new camera.
